12:24 : I'd say it probably goes on for 5 minutes, like most minigames that don't display a timer...maybe? I suppose...? "Dungeon Duos" for example ends in a tie after 5 minutes if none of the teams managed to escape the underground. ...oh, and btw : The Team Treasure Trek bit was hilarious. :P

Booksquirm has no "hidden" time limit like some other games (Mario Medley, Dungeon Duos, Cliffhangers, etc.) - it just ends when one player remains or all four players get "flattened."

I think the challenges you mentioned made this TAS super interesting!! Watching the brothers bounce between each other using warps, buying item bags with magic lamps and chomp calls, all the while peach and yoshi are just kind of doing their own thing and getting miserably boxed out made this enjoyable to watch. Its an achievement when the last 5 turns event is “free stars” and even with limited manipulation on their dice rolls, they still cant get any. Keep up the good work! :)

Booksquirm made me lol more than any minigame here. Summon Big Boo Koopa's Seaside Soiree Your character: Yoshi Opponents: DK, Peach, Mario Objective: Stars and coins galore! I don't remember who the CPU players were but I had picked Peach as my character.

Not too much, I was just up to the second turn. I did Money Belts as the first minigame, rolled a double 7 and squished each CPU player giving me over 100 coins total by the end of the second turn. I also gave each CPU player a 9 star handicap, going to beat them without taking any of their stars.

Judging by the description, this definitely seems like the absolute hardest Mario Party game to TAS. But you somehow outdid yourself. Also at 1:59 are we not gonna talk about how Twist and Shake sounds almost identical to the music from the Spongebob episode Spongehenge from season 5? That episode didn't air until 5 years after this game came out so it should actually be vice versa. (When this game came out Spongebob was still in it's golden age)

20:25 - It bothers me that TRG NEVER bought the Item Bag. I could get some decent Items in them from Time to Time, but then I would get some ludicrous Items like those.

12:28 Perhaps i can help, in the extras mode, theres something called bookquirm endless mode, seeing how long you can survive for without being squished, i'd recommended giving it a try if you really are that curious to see how fast it can really go, also new subscriber and i love your tas videos.

@@BeastlyN64anytime, also are you ready for the new mario party, super mario party jamboree, you might wanna get your tas stuff ready this one, because I hear it's gonna be the biggest in the series, Perhaps if enough people subscribe to your channel maybe you can do a tas video on the new mario party game when it releases, you decide tho, ur channel, ur rules.

I would love to TAS the new Mario Party game as well as Mario Party Superstars but I don't know if TAS tools for switch games are fully developed as of yet. Last time I looked into it, save states were not possible which is very much needed. It also depends if the dice blocks in the newer Mario Party games are pre-determined and how the RNG works. Hopefully someday it will be possible because I would love to TAS each board from both games.
