For the people asking why there is no voice coms, there are several pausable reasons: Discord, which I guess is the preferred communication software, is blocked in China, so to use it, he will probably need to connect to a VPN, which will destroy his connection, cause a high ping, and potentially disconnect him from the game. Another reason may be the language barrier; Louei may not speak good enough English and beauty, not good enough Chinese.

VPNs don't necessarily cause high ping. Sometimes they can improve ping due to better routing.
