Regarding the finalizer vs executor counter it is essential that executor is either faster than rc and xb or slower than both of them. If executor is faster the mass assist will give cs a turn. Then both assists give you a second turn. If executor goes in between the two ships the tm situation gets really messy which usually results in a very rng heavy battle

Absolutely. It's not a common problem in fact I've run into it twice but you are absolutely right. You basically have to hit the ability block after the mass assist and hope they don't call HT to assist to hit a breach and dispell debuffs. I've still won it the first time and I lost it the second and had to two shot it but was able to take out HT so it wasn't a bad clean up but it's definitely a battle to pray to RNGesus for

at 14:53 your shuttle gets another turn, but mine did not have the 3rd ability off cooldown and I went downhill from there. I had ebon hawk in my line up, did that hurt me, also kyle and phasma are only ability 7but that doesn't seem to be the reason

Do you mean 4th ability? Because that's the one you want to use there is the 4th ability to ability block HT. And you say you're taking Ebon hawk in the starting line up? Yeah that'll hurt you a lot. You need eichelon and tie silencer for the damage and the tank as well as you're decreasing speed to the finalizer because you don't have full first order

@@rabidbeaver1138 no, ebon hawk as the last reinforcement. you had everything off cooldown when I did not with the shuttle, not sure if having ebon hawk as a reinforcement was the cause or some other ability.

This guide is spot on. Ever tried taking down a 7 star executor with 5star finalizer? Is it the same turn order in the beginning?

Not sure I know 6 star works about the same but I would measure speed taking into account the bonus speed from finalizer kit. The most important part would be if silencer goes first basic on HT. If you hit it's allies before you get hunted on it it will gain TM and taunt before you have a chance to ability block it

Any suggestions on using Finalizer v Negotiator? Seems like if silencer gets dazed it’s basically a loss even if you can control JKA a bit.

It's annoying but doable. The trick is to hunt Anakin and then full in on him. You need to get him into the yellow to trick the Negotiator into hitting unending loyalty instead of the mass swarm. It gives you enough time to finish him off then it's an easy finish
