Beat Flapjack Brewery’s Margherita Pizza Challenge and Win All 6 Cheese Pizzas FREE!!

American professional eater Randy Santel versus Flapjack Brewery's Margherita Pizza Stack Challenge hosted by Flapjack Brewery in Berwyn, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago!! I drove down from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spent four days attempting 4 big and delicious Illinois restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area. For competitive eating challenge #2 of four, I headed to Flapjack Brewery in the Berwyn suburb of western Chicago so that I could attempt Flapjack Brewery's Margherita Pizza Stack Challenge!! Not only do they specialize in producing lots of delicious beers, but also they have an authentic Italian wood fired pizza oven to make delicious Neapolitan personal-sized pizzas!! For the challenge, I had just 30 minutes to eat SIX 12" cheesy Margherita pizzas, stacked up on top of each other and served with a bowl of marinara sauce. Many people had tried but there had been only one previous winner. I was trying to win all six cheese pizzas free plus a sweet t-shirt and the second spot up on Flapjack Brewery's Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to everyone with Flapjack Brewery in Berwyn, Illinois for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all our amazing friends who came up that Saturday early evening to watch and meet me!! much more of it would be better, covering the pie. and a crispy, thinner crust, much less chewy, easier on the jaw. and oregano in the sauce, so the sauce isn't too sweet. chicago thin -- the best)
