scoresaber is really weird with tech star ratings, stuff like murder circus (map with 180 palmups) r rated at 9.9 stars, while it should be like 10.6

@ my resting heart rate is around 58 (ish) and in other physical activity it'll go up to 180 or higher. I don't know why when playing beat saber it reports so low on my garmin. Honestly i think it might be misreporting.

Quest tracking is actually really good even in the dark. But if you struggle you can always get an IR emitter and play even with no light.

Yeah it's pretty room dependent I know a lot of people who have horrible tracking on Q3 and Q3S but it just depends

I wouldn’t be bragging right now about Meta, who is bankrolling Trumps inauguration, spent last night in Wash DC at Peter Thiel’s home, hobnobbing with psycho conservatives and the Project 2025 folks. So yeah. As soon as you said “Meta gave this to me” I clicked off. Sorry but just no. I’m not saying, don’t play beat saber, because I do. But I long since sold that headset, figured out a way to do it on my own with Steam. Facebook doesn’t need my money and I’m not giving it to that company anymore I’m not saying wrong here, I’m just saying look a little deeper. Things are gonna get really messy. They are part of the problem now.

u should keep playing and see how much more u can improve if ur already setting scores like the stuff in the vid, it took me around 4 months of unwashing to get to where I am now (top 86 global) and I think it’d be cool to see how high of a rank you could get

yeah for sure if I can avoid getting wrist injuries like i did when I was younger. (that's the main reason i stopped playing so much). I definitely need to work on consistency and acc if my main goal is to improve rank. Several people have told me as well that due to my playstyle, beatleader might be more suited, but to be honest i don't know the difference that much as of now. We'll see though.

Honestly I had a hiatus just like you from quest 1 to quest 3 and I get frustrated with speed maps being just too damn fast, I can't hit fast jumps for some reason, and quest tracking isn't perfect for notes on the very edge either. I havent touched offsets tbh cuz no easy offset on quest version

Yes there are sensors on the front of the headset to track movement. You do not need external trackers such as steamvr base stations.

I was like 3228 at the end of it I think. Initially my goal was to gain PP but I realized that just trying to get back to where I was previously skill-wise was more realistic. Which probably takes way more than 1 hour lol

@@CentriVR I used to play BS quite a lot as well until i lost interest of playing on PSVR 1 due to the tracking issues and slight input lag. And now i don't have enough money to buy other VR headsets and controllers but i really want to play BS without any issues xd. The headset also made my head hurt slightly because it felt weird to have on and the quality was also kinda bad, it just felt very grainy, especially Skyrim VR which i could only play 2 hours off before my eyes started to hurt.

@@Nightmareioo quest 3S is probably the best fit for you. You can mod the game standalone (no PC) and it's very well documented in the wiki. All in it's 300 dollars. Don't even need to pay for the game if you use quest store credit via affiliate link benefits. (Mine or any other creator who has one)
