I just love Mangos. I make Mango Lassi's often. For many years I spent 6 weeks in mountain areas of central Mexico. I fell in love with the fruit juices served in every small restaurant where we had our meals. Served with almost every meal in a pitcher placed in the middle of the table they were so refreshing. I also loved the soups I was served. i plan to try this recipe. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Claudia..... I prepared the creamy version yesterday. I enjoy this but I made some adjustments using only what I had on hand. I used 3 small and 1 large mango, no extra sugar, water just covering the mango. This was good but that strong mango flavor was missing. This is where I wish I had more mangos. I thought the sweetened condense milk would be sweet enough but it definitely needed a little more sweetener. For the rim of my glass I did not have chamoy therefore I rubbed the rim of the glass with a lime & dipped that in light brown sugar. Once I assembled the drink I topped it off with mango pieces & a little sugar on top & squeezed lime juice on top. I actually layered this twice. This was excellent, just needed more mangos, chamoy, and little sugar. Over great drink. I will continue to prepare this. Next is the other method ......

Oh Dearest and Familia 🙏🏻❤. When the temperature rises as much as I enjoy spicy food to perspire, sometimes my appetite only wants fruit and veg..chilled. Bad news in Colorado, hail took out first planting of Rockyford cantaloupe. No worries, 4 more plantings coming, so we will have mélón👍🏻🙏🏻. Palisade peaches are a bit early yet. However no frost, plenty of Spring rain...juicy 😋😛
