A couple of years ago my husband couldn't do 5 push-ups in a row. He started doing a 20 push-up-a-day challenge and it took some work to get them done but little by little he kept improving. Now, he is 53 and does 100 push-ups or more each morning. He can now do as many as 80 in a row. I have noticed the difference it has made in his physice. :-)

Nice video man. I wish I could beat you in push-ups, but I am not so strong as you are :D. But recently I have been training hard, going to gym almost every day and I got a great meal plan from site Next Level Diet. I hope I will slim down fast so I can start with calisthenics. I believe in myself, that's the most important thing IMO.

@@gecko4251 Just keep pushing yourself. Do as many as you can, hold a break till you are ready again. Try three times in a row and do that a couple times in a week, just don’t give up, and work hard. Then you will become a beast 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
