So once you fold your tongue. Is the tip of your tongue on the front, center, or back of the palette? Also is the air supposed to pass through the upper, lower, or sides of your tongue? Or is the air passed between your tongue and cheek? You really gotta get specific. Trying it with your explanation makes me feel like it am straining my tongue and my lungs.

The positioning of your tongue depends heavily on the way you find that works best for you. I mostly keep it around the center. The air should be passing through the small opening between your palate and tongue. The straining of the tongue is very normal though. Takes time to get used to it
