Napom knows how to battle properly. No need to talk shit like so many other battlers do. He lets his talent and skill do the talking. Outstanding performance! *****

Ok, this is whats wrong with lots of american beatboxers. Im not flaming johnny or anything but saying "my sound" is out of the question. Idk his story behind that sound but ive know about that sound when i first learned throat bass while playing around, and whats more is that theres always going to be someone out there to oppose his saying. Almost like me but they will flame him. I commend johhny's battle here and recognize him even more now. And big up to Napom too! But i wish people making claims as such as "my sound" makes me feel on a different side with american bbx. And i have made tht claim before and ive taken it back and say this now, " im trying to trend this sound" or "trending it"

You can't judge American beatboxers as a whole from youre opinion on one sound.... In one beat.... that you've heard one person do..... in one battle.... Psh. Btw this was my highlight of this tournament, it was very fun to battle one of my main homies!
@JohnnyBuffalo
@JohnnyBuffalo 10 жыл бұрын
I only say it because I've never heard or seen anyone else do it, and wasn't influenced by anyone when I started to do it a couple years ago. I met mando and he showed me some crazy ass whistle shit over the summer and it made me realize people probably already do it better, but it still was a bit of a different technique than mine. I was just honored to be able to battle Napom and tried to do something different, and nerves unfortunately were also a big factor because I rushed the crap out of that beat

Sorry if i seemed a little rough on words. But i napom i meant that from quite a few of other american beatboxers ive heard. Im not entirely saying american beatbox is like that even though my last comment sounde like it. And i understand where youre comming from johnny. Dont worry too much about what i say. I hardly think before i say shit lol. I was only trying to make the point of that its a "trend" not a claim to a specific sound. And yet again i can understand that you havent heard anyone do it too. I too have a sound i want to trend because ive never heard anyone do it and ive asked alot anout it too.

Oh and btw. I loved your guys' battle. It completely entertained and quenched my thirst for beatbox. Although i learn slow makes for better development on sounds. Anyways thank you two for making me restate myself. I try not to make myself sound like an asshole and most of the time i do. And i appreciate the effore you guys throw into the battles soo far.
