Just checking in to give back, this site helped me. I had a bad elbow that started when I began weightlifting after MX riding ended- and lasted for years. Doc said I has arthritis and it's just unlucky genetics. But I researched and eliminated foods from the nightshade food group and wheat. Gone. It took months, When I cheat it returns in time mildly and I quit wheat again. I hope someone sees this and it helps.
