So basically - 🧠 vs ❤️ Higher brain , cold brain - we called it brain Lower brain , hot brain - we called it heart So if higher brain does not resists yourself for instant pleasure And if lower brain does not resist yourself by thinking of longterm pleasure also at the same time - then this is called 🧠 vs ❤️ , this is the most crucial fight in a man life , one day you also face it , its just wait of time. i think , i am watching this fight for 3 years and still continue . If you manage to go in higher brain state people , then you never wants to go in lower brain state peoples life style. If you cant manage , then you regrets your whole life to become higher state brain people. Your daily lifestyle becomes your character , love , mentality - Everythings.

Fantastic choice of subjects and overall a great experience A small word of caution, the interviewer at times talks like an expert based on his bookish knowledge that may stop the subject matter expert from opening up and sharing more, so the request is let experts talk more and interviewer can just act as a nice facilitator

Great video. I think we all need strength and support when we lack it to keep the system alive n in discipline.. when we lack strength and support we just move on addiction whatever so sleep, eating anything that spike domain easily nd comfort you . Most people who's surroundings doesn't support them in a healthy way adopts other ways .but if we're conscious enough to know what's happens with us things get easier to keep on track

It’s called delayed gratification!!!, most people who are addicted to substances lack delayed gratification, hence succumbs to anxiety, depression and overconsumption on long run. Overachievers are those who looks into delayed gratification, for eg: starting a workout and your body tells nooooo…. But then you feels good after that.

I've realised that ranveer just wants an answer from the guest which suits his thinking or opinion. He tends to counter question in a way which ultimately forces the guest to just agree with what ranveer wants to hear. It happens so subtly that it goes unnoticed. Just observe when ranveer wants to establish that long term relationship results in better brain structure. The guest clearly is not completely agreeing but ranveer is just persistent of him to just agree by counter questioning. Just watch that part again and you'll realise.

Witness meditation.. Drahtabhaw....Sthitapragya. .... .Vipassana....one has to create a separate identity of oneself within oneself. .Non judgemental. . which is not attached with any craving or aversion. ....and knows and acknowledges that everyhing is TEMPORARY ....ANICHYA... just a thought. ....is it the higher brain that becomes the WITNESS !!!!!!....But how that also could be ? ??. ....it's also judgemental ......might be when any event is watched as an witness or once it passes away. ..and one does not get attached or hang away with it. ....then it's becomes easy for the higher brain to take the right decision ..... A request please bring a Vipassana teacher in your podcast. ...I hope it's one of those meditation processes . ..which is very close to scientific approach 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Every experience produces neural patterns and neurotransmitter.for eg dopamine doesn't produce happy state of mind in fact when you feel happy dopamine is produced in prefrontal cortex and brain are ligit up. There is something called hard problem of consciousness. Which is simply we don't have explanation for how we get any experience how brain produces consciousness we assume that our brain is producing conscious experience but we can not explain how it is happening

Lower brain and Higher Brain, as he rightly pointed out, the lower brain is not lower. it is also our brain its like a high court and lower court even though, its a lower court, the process of finding truth and trial happens in lower court. in high court, higher the wisdom, but it only decides on matters reffered by the lower court. the faculty for decernment must actively work well with the faculty of pleasure, which ultimately gives immense joy.
