Uncooked food is not safe. It has anti nutrients like oxalates if taken regularly it will cause you stone formation, poor blood circulation, joint pain and bone degradation.

Yes, Our body produces Vitamin D and sun lights helps to generate it. Ear fruits to get minerals like magnesium, calcium, phosphorus etc. Drink enough water to keep your mood swings intact. Plato (thousands of yrs ago) believed in fasting, air and sun for health. What’s old is new. Fasting was used in ancient Egypt, ancient India and ancient Greece (Hippocrates 5th century bce) for a curative, preventive and strengthening of the spirit. Pythagoras (580-500BC) systematically starved for 40 days to incr mental perception and creativity - now proven by science. Of course in religion too. ✌️

Very informative. I am practicing 4 out of 5 points mentioned here. Uncooked food is what I am not into. I drink a special water - Kangan Water which has rich Oxygen (liquid antioxidant), alkaline rich and micro clustered. Therefore always remain ultra hydrated. Helps to be active till you hit the bed

Many people have wrong perception about the terms anti-ageing or reverse-ageing. It has nothing do with just how your skin is, many people who look super healthy and fit from outside are actually not fit from the inside. Being fit from the inside means, having the internal system working efficiently like a healthy 25 year old even at age 60. It doesn't mean you will not get wrinkles n all, you will, but internally you are healthy. My Yoga guru was 65+, he had white hair and wrinkles, but he is the healthiest man I know, his energy levels, the way he could do asanas like mayurasana, nauli kriya and the way he delivered his lectures with so much wisdom. Thats the definition of true health according to me.

Ranveer, love the way you broached the question of the blood intake of young children. You know what is going on, the doctor knows what is going on, but nobody can do openly say it. That has to end, if we are to end the human trafficking. Abuse ends with the light of day. Exposure is vital for abuse to end. America is the biggest taker for human trafficking from what I have heard. There were 3,000 children who were sent home the day of the arson /fires in Maui. ONLY 1,000 are accounted for. Ofc people will yell 'conspiracy' and cuss me out...but you heard it from the expert here. He could not say, in answer to your very pointed question " are there therapies which only the billionaires can take' . His answer was political, because he is in public on your show. There is much more there. I have read in various reports of $8,000 a liter of blood etc. I request you open this up for, as I say, abuse can only stop when it is exposed. It is a very difficult topic, since you do not want to give ideas to the ones without spiritual convictions and beliefs. And you also do not need a bunch of unscrupulous criminals, desperate for the money running after you with a hatchet !!! Great video. Great information. Thanks, again, for a wonderful interview.

1. Excercise for 30 mins 2. Sleep well 3. Plant oxygen generating plants at home 4. Sip hot water in every one hour ( not only when you are thirsty) 5. Have a natural uncooked diet - nuts fruits and vegetables 4 times a day . Do not mix eating cooked and uncooked Meal while eating

There's a test while taking oxygen with pressure in the body and it shows whether our heart can take the pressure of oxygen or not and sometimes the heart cannot take this pressure. In this situation only manual oxygen taking through pranayam is best. 🙏🏼
