It had me hooked from my first few hours of playing, Limgrave is maybe the most perfect opening area in a video game ever, and the game kept consistently blowing me away after that too. I was determined to become Elden lord, it's a very amazing journey. I had only ever fumbled around in Bloodborne for an hour and saw my friend play some Dark Souls, wasn't really a fan of either. Elden Ring is now literally my most favourite game of all time.
