Possible run? Ansbach & Varre? Oh also, for Midra, the helicopter attack he does. To “dodge it”, get right up in his face and crouch. Works every time from my testing (this took me 3 hours to find this)

You can also just strafe around it. If you stick yourself right up to his legs, you'll pretty consistently avoid the whole attack.

Btw, at 18:52 my guess is, that damage is counter damage. Spear does pierce damage and when enemy is in the middle of the attack, their pierce damage reduction goes down so you get a big hit.
