What I really enjoy about your vids is that you are funny and engaging without relying on being loud, screaming all the time, or using that typical streamer/KZbinr cadence or editing style. Very refreshing and enjoyable to watch. Thanks for a great series I'll be interested to check out the rest of your oeuvre once I'm caught up on the N64 challenge

This was made by LucasArts, a game studio owned by George Lucas. Seriously they were a great development company (before Disney got rid of them, RIP). They made LOTS of Star Wars Games (nearly all Star Wars games before the Sequel Trilogy LucasArts played a part in) and lots of original titles (especially Point and Click Adventures). One of those Point and Click titles they made was "Indiana Jones and The Fate of Atlantis", which I would consider a better Indiana Jones game then "The Infernal Machine".

IQ = Indy Quotient. It's a completionist thing. In the earlier games in this series, puzzles have multiple solutions, and some reward more IQ points. Like stealth vs fighting, dexterity vs explosives, etc.

Fantastic video. Recently played this on PC and this was a very entertaining blow-by-blow. Though I would like to clarify, 53:23 is actually you revisiting the babylon site from the second level. Jank aside, I think this game is really cool.

Entrenching Tool is the military name for a shovel because that's what they are ossued to soldiers for...to entrench themselves in defensive positions. You were on an old WW2 Japanese-held island, hence the downed fighter plane and dead soldier. The equipment you found belonged to him so it's indeed an Entrenching Tool and not a shovel. The right term was used.
