My favourite water shiny pokemon is shiny greninja. I don't know it's just looks so cool with the black . It more shows out the dark type and it is also the reason I always choose froakie as my starter when I played Pokemon X and Y

If you want to replay this rom hack and you want a mega starter, you can find them in the safari zone and Just like the other Pokémon that can mega evolve, you can find them with a mega Stone attached to them

The mega stones can be obtained in this game catching the first part of a pokemon (not evolved) and he have a probality to get equiped the mega stone,for example:I catched a weedra in my game and he was with the mega stone equiped and i can actually mega evolve my beedrazam I hope to this result usefull to you zwiggo because i think to you wasn't knowing,anyways i need to say sorry for my bad english i'm from Argentina and i talk spanish

By the way zwiggo in the safari zone you just have to catch the same pokemon that has a mega evaluation just like if you keep catching a Bulbasaur Zygarde Fusion you have a chance to get a mega stone

Mega Stones in Fused Dimensions have a chance to be found on Wild Pokemon who evolve into the Pokemon that use it. To give an example, wild Gaskie can sometimes hold Genninjite, or wild Squiron (which do exist, they're in the Safari Zone) may hold Blastronite. Another very strong Pokemon you can obtain that's water-type is the Water/Ghost-type Lunatoed (Lunala/Politoed), which you can acquire by fully evolving a Cosmiwag (Cosmog/Poliwag), found on Floor 1 of Cerulean Cave (which you can access as soon as you get Surf). Though you must use a Moon Stone to get Lunatoed. If you use a Sun Stone in Cosmiwhirl, you'll get the Fighting/Steel-type Solwrath (Solgaleo/Poliwrath) instead. You could also get a Water/Dark type Washeon (Umbreon/Wash Rotom) by using a Water Stone on Eevtom from the Power Plant.
