If you keep going north from Cortondo, going through the twist and turns, there is a bridge, where you turn left, and keep going straight until you go down, and there is a cave on the right. Since you are playing Violet, you could’ve gotten a shiny Bagon and Gible before the 1st gym!

Right under the area where your Switch footage plays in Elgato, there's a blue bar above the play, fast forward, rewind, and Live buttons. You can rewind the footage, or click on the bar just a little left of the far right end to go back a bit. Elgato remembers the past 2 hours of footage, so you can rewind to the start of the battle and hit record on OBS.
