Beating Terraria with bad weapons only. Terraria but I can only use terrible tier weapons through the game! In this Terraria 1.4.4 playthrough challenge video, I'm limited to only using 'bad weapons throughout! As defining what a 'bad' weapon is is pretty subjective, I will be using the averaged out tier list from tiermakers website. This should give us a pretty interesting pool of weapons to use! Enjoy!

this is the perfect example for why you dont let everyone make a tier list and value them all the same. like what there constitutes bad? tome of infinite wisdom, leaf blower, nail gun, ORANGE ZAPPINATOR, undertaker, venus magnum, toxicarp and arguably a few more are supposed to be bad? those weapons are supposed to be one on the same tier as the slap hand and god damn BONES?

To this day the cannon remains my favorite destroyer cheese. Some bubble blocks, a chair, and some honey, and you can just aim the cannon straight up and heal through the probes damage. It's hilarious to just sit in a chair, firing a cannon blindly at the sky while you're knee deep in honey, and somehow kill a boss like that.

Great video! Although I feel like with the flashback sock moments, the reverb was a bit much. The muffle/decrease in mic quality is fine on its own to communicate the idea of a different sock, the reverb made it feel like you were speaking from the afterlife haha

Handgun really shouldn’t be in d tier, as it functions exactly as it should. All the weapons in the dungeon are meant to be stepping stones to underworld chest loot. Some examples may be Muramasa to volcano (and night’s edge), magic missile to flame lash, and similarly handgun to phoenix blaster. People don’t think about the point in time where you actually are supposed to use the gun, but only what is next in progression. Think about it. If everybody tried to use muramasa or magic missile against WoF, they would be in D tier too. And for its point in progression, handgun does a dang good job.

That tierlist has some REALLY weird choices. Like seriously why are Venus Magnum and Heat Ray in D-Tier? They are very solid options for their class around the time you can get them, and they are not hard to come by either. Venus Magnum especially is just an upgraded Megashark
