I have waited 35 years to find this. At that time, I was stunned, nearly breathless, at what I witnessed. This is a hugely sophisticated operation. Intelligently synchronized to the actual sound. And they didn't "cheat" by changing the song to fit their limitations. This IS Abbey Road. The animators/programmers had to REALLY know the music. I didn't think that I would live long enough to find this again, this thing I saw one day, ages ago, which shook me at its true magnificence.
@Bill_Woo4 жыл бұрын
That guitar player. He doesn't just mindlessly strum like a clapping monkey. He strokes right on the actual notes. And the camera work on this video, hitting every showpiece event smoothly. This is so $%$&^ing amazing, still, to this day. I am beside myself.

Me too! I saw this as a kid in the early 80's. It was one of my favorite shows! The Creative programming is amazing. Aaron explained in another video about programming head movements (not just going to the left and then to the right). There's more to it and it's like partial movements and rocking (knowing how they work, this is a skill!). I always loved Duke's expressions! If you're familiar with the shows and have seen them a lot you can tell when Showbiz switched to doing their own programming, it didn't have quite the same pop.

I watched the carpetbagger's video from a while ago where he went to the some building that was advertising that they had the rockafire explosion, but the animatronics were in terrible shape. You could hear the air leaking constantly, and I felt to bad that I couldn't enjoy the show due to their state. But after discovering your channel, it's so lovely to see them so well taken care of! You're truly an amazing person to have built these yourself!

@roxyfox2124 күн бұрын
Hey Aaron, Back again almost two years later. I'm 16 now, and a lot has changed. i got into a relationship with the best girl i have ever met in my life, which ended yesterday. I'm a junior in high school and work has been tough. I've been going through some things with my mom, and overall just haven't been all there. I've recently started smoking weed to try to make myself feel better but I'm trying to quit. One thing that hasn't changed over those two years thought is this video's and your ability to lighten up my day no matter the circumstances. From the relatable lyrics in "You Never Give Me Your Money" to the soft emotional instrumental in "Sun King" and all the way through the lighthearted "Mean Mr. Mustard" - "She Came In Through The Bathroom Window" and the amazing needed sob inducing "Golden Slumbers" and "Carry That Weight" to the uplifting "The End" and the witty but relatable "Her Majesty," everything paired with your show and expertise in your craft makes this the perfect (for me anyways) way to just forget everything and just be enveloped in the extraordinary vibe you've created. I hope that this will be the last time I comment on this video because things always get better they say. Please take my utmost and sincerest thank you's and kudos once again to your team. Please just know that you have helped a struggling teenage boy through the darkest point in his life so far and to remember that even though the rock-afire's time might be past for some, it isn't for so so so many others. Once again thank you so so so so so so sooooo much for making this. I know you've probably moved to a different location at this point but if the Rock-afire's still there somewhere please take care of them for me and any others like me.
@therockafire2 күн бұрын
Hello my friend. Thank you for sharing this with me today. I understand what you're going through. You are living the drama and heartache that only a teenager can feel. The older you get, the more wounds you will have suffered, the more scars that will have formed on your heart, and the more damaged you will be. But, out the other side comes peace and tranquility as you find what's really important to you. The girl that once broke your heart so tragically will become a distant memory. The boys that bullied you will be tomorrow's losers as you soar past them in society's eyes. Your love for your mom will be unconditional when she is no longer trying to protect you from yourself and the world and you get to fall on your face with no one there to pick you up. You will be longing for the days she tucked you in bed and you will imagine what it must have been like for your mom when the joy of your birth was everything her life was about. She would have died for you. Weed's got its time and place, although I really don't think kids should smoke it just like alcohol. It doesn't solve any problems or make you happier. Music, projects, animals, and making other people happy will make you happy. Girls, not so much, really. I hope someday you and your wife and kids will come to visit me at my museum. I'll be the old guy tinkering with a new idea and still trying to learn to play the piano. You don't need drugs. You just need you. And no one can take that from you.

But at least I can see them on hear and that is just as good ok it way better. I love how well you record them and I still am amazed on how they move and everything. I also love that spider holding the slice of B-day cake. He is adorable and the frog that sits on the surf board is adorable also. Frogs are my thing I have a lot of them tattooed. I am also sad when I see TheRockafire play case I never got a chance when I was a kid to see them. I was born in the 80's and I missed out case well very poor family. So it puts such a pain in my heart that I missed out of getting anything with the band on it. They will have a special place in my heart until the day I pass away and even then when I am in heaven they will still hold a special place. Its hard to explain how I feel about them. Its like they were the big thing then. And to have been able to see them up close must have been awesome. They are still #1 in my book. And I keep wishing for them to make a come back so that way I can just go to Bangor ME and see them. You are all amazing to have come up with them and to make them move and everything it still is amazing to me. And I want to say thank you. Keep up the great work and keep them amazing videos coming. Aaron man. Your legacy will live on. Even if it’s iterative. I had never heard of Rockafire Explosion but during the early 2010s I discovered an indie horror game franchise based around showbiz pizza. I was enthralled at the idea of a different franchise than CEC, which I always found underwhelming and honestly uncanny. I’m from WV so I had the chance to see your work in person at Billybobs Wonderland and that’s when I fell in love with Rockafire Explosion. Not as something to be feared but as something beautiful to be admired. Ever since then I’ve been absolutely enamored by the band and the history of Creative Engineering. I no longer live in WV but I plan to visit your band once more in October of this year. Even though it’s only tangentially related it makes me happy that todays younger generation is being exposed to Rockafire Explosion through the FNAF franchise. Man, this is by far my favorite Rock-afire show. I love it so much. Funnily enough, it's what made me buy my first ever album (Abbey Road, naturally), and actually get into The Beatles. Of course, I had always known of them. Who hasn't? I guess it just took something else I already loved to get me to finally check 'em out. I may not have been around yet to see these guys in their heyday, but I'll still enjoy the show, and they'll always have a special place in my heart. Thank you.

I wonder if Arron would ever start selling this show again Maybe make new show tapes because the world of animatronics are basically shot besides Disney now It could work in bars or something like that, adults will appreciate it more with the classic music as well as the smarter comedy, sure most of the shows work for family’s but it seems now a days kids content is getting more babyish

Y'know Aaron this is the next RAE showtape I'm working on memorizing, I've memorized the live Christmas showtape, the 12 days of Christmas, Disco Christmas, The Birthday Medley and the tribute to Davy Jones/the Monkees, I can do almost do their voices considering the low female voice I have. Thanks for the inspiration Aaron.

It's actually pretty hard to find the original on KZbin, let's blame Michael. That's a joke, I want you back will always be in my head, RIP Michael. This is easily one of your most beautiful shows Aaron, along with Sal's Birthday.
