I’m so glad the spirit led you to these videos. What ended up helping your PMDD? I think I’m experiencing the same thing and it’s absolutely awful. I’ve tried a couple birth controls, and even just started hormone replacement therapy but quickly rethinking that as it’s only making things worse.

Alexa, I prayed incessantly for years while battling drug & alcohol addiction. Jesus freed me and I have been sober for five years. I didn't need to go to meetings , I prayed and prayed.
