To be fair I'm a white boy from Canada. In1994 I bought my first rap album at the age of 9 : DOGGYSTYLE. Track no. 16 Gz and hustlas. Changed the way I listen to music. It was a great to get into rap. Considering what was out there already and what was still coming. The Golden age of rap if you ask me. YES! I met Dre when I was 12 with my ears and then in person 8 years later. I lied to my parents and travelled to new york, Toronti, Detroit and more for all the early 90s Hip Hop I could absorb. AGREED 💯×1,000,000,000 the REAL OG Artists in that event was far too great to even be considered in the same category! I'm sure Dre had the ultimate "say so" as to who is & who isn't in the event, but for the most I'd say a P.R. who hasn't the slightest clue of what Real Gangsta Rap is! The Heavy Hitters such as Dre, Cube, Snoop, Eminem, etc..ETC... truly paved the way for all the rappers we see today....
