I think that's for drum makers or people that can make a lot of placements and don't have time to make melodies or split $ with loop makers

They always mention beat block, and it's kinda valid (even though I don't fully believe in beat block). Tools like this and scaler and melody sauce can be used to break your monotony or just help you explore. Come up with a chord progression you weren't really thinking of. Maybe a counter melody. You don't *have* to put them in the track. There are times I use drum/instrument loops as a starter then scrap them. I started off making music without a sampler or sequencer, just a drum machine, a synth, and guitar to a tape deck, then 4-track. Everything is a tool. Use it or not. Won't change the core of doing something I love.🤷🏾‍♂️

Why? AI creation tools have zero to do with the prospect of people playing instruments. Sequencers, samplers and similar-type tools (e.g. player pianos) have been around for over 100 years and yet people still play. Drum machines didn't erase drummers so why would this tool make someone not play a keyboard?

@@Aliengroover because people have become lazy and spoiled. This technology is crippling the true art of music, the imperfection that makes music, music ! I’m a musician that would never stop playing the piano or my drums. So this won’t effect me but I realize the downplay in the natural talented….

@@yoshivibe2576 anyone who loves and wants to create music will not be swayed or influenced by the prospect of AI to not do so via actual instruments or whatnot. Again, if player pianos, sequencers, drum machines, clicking in notes via piano rolls, arpeggiators, and such haven't stopped people from playing, then AI certainly isn't. Even look at how big melody loops are. A LARGE portion of the really good ones involve people actually playing instruments and being mad creative. Dragging and dropping and arranging those loops is MUCH less work than generating AI chords and melodies and building a track from sound selection to mix. So maybe lazy isn't the right word. And sure things are easier in a way, but that's said at every stage of technology. Not everybody is going to use the tools properly, but that's irrelevant. You just need to do it like you want to.🙏🏾 Sorry for the long reply😁

@@Aliengroover😂 dude over here going hard for AI 😂 wtf 😂 you fail to see it’s influencing new generations to be lazy just like this Modern world where every body got comfortable they drop all traditional value.. you talking about you and other people who love playing instrument how they wouldn’t be sway away from instruments or let AI influence them but at some point we all will retire just leaving the new generation not knowing how to play instrument then the music starts to get worst, at some point ones who play the instrument will fall off
