The Renpho Eyeris 1 is only slightly different than the Eyeris 2 and 3.
Eyeris 1 has: Eye and temple massage, 2 heat settings, 2 included background sounds, vibration, no replaceable eye mask
The Eyeris 2 and 3 has more heat settings such as medium rather than just low and high, it has more background sounds but wouldn't matter if you use bluetooth audio exclusively, they all have virbration, but only the 3 has a replaceable and washable eye mask that includes a gel cooling pad.
So each level form 1 to 3 adds about $5-10 of cost. Depending on the features you are looking for, 1 or 2 may suffice at a slightly reduced cost.

Hi, great review. I wanted to know about the temp it reaches, yours is the only one that tells, so it is great. Do you know what is the temp in medium heat by any chance?

Eyeris 3 range is 104-113F so I assume medium is right in between at 108F. But specifications are a bit misleading since the surface temp easily gets cooled down with your skin. It may only reach that temp after wearing it for 20-30 minutes.
