As a psu fan, im happy for yall. You guys got a great guy and a fantastic athlete. I just hope you guys have the staff to unlock his potentiel. He needs a certain type of offense. He's also raw at throwing the ball which is fair since he hasnt had much oppertunity to air it out. I truly hope your fanbase welcomes him and takes good care of him. He deserves it

It's a great fit for our our Program and this young man's skillset, on Field instincts and apparent character. It's a Blue-collar identity, 100%. Team absolutely needs a steady, Mobile guy that's not afraid of traffic with the physical courage and judgment to lead them boys down the field. Everything else on this Offense flows and thrives from exactly that. Couldn't be happier for our Program or this young man's shot at elevating It's potential and his own future prospects. Welcome Home, Beau. Merry Christmas to you and yours

Sounds like Beau had a hard time with the decision to leave his team during the playoffs. Something has to be straightened out with timing of finals, playoffs, and the portal. Glad that ain't my job. Best of luck to PSU!

Any Mizzou fan who knows Jack about football extends a very warm welcome to Mr. Pribula. Personally, I've wanted him ever since it was released that he expressed interest in the transfer portal. I wish we could've had him last season. It was criminal not to have a better passing QB with the receiving Corp we had. Such a waste. I legitimately think we had the potential to be a national champ contender solely with a better QB. Pribula could've been the difference. I'm stoked for next year!

Missouri lost the game because of missed free-throws

Pribula is great. I watched the entire WIS game live. He put Allar to shame & won that game for them. It's a small sample size, but if that's what we're getting, we're set. A lot of teams wanted him. Only 3 of the top 15 qbs left, 5 of the top 25, needed to make the move, couldn't wait any longer.

Boswell and white’s rebounding maybe the reason Warrick didn’t play much. Marcus allen came in to guard jakucionis at one point.

Been looking for a deep ball by this guy. Haven't seen anything on that, but there are plenty of awesome runs and 5-10 yard passes that looked solid.

Trevor Lawrence took over bc Kelly Bryant got hurt & balled out. The cream rises. If Zoellers is better, he'll take the job & we get the better QB.

Pribula is a good fit in our offense!! RPO should be dangerous. I also see much potential with him in small sample size. Zollers and co will make him better they'll be on his heels. For basketball the x factor for me is Pierce. He has NBA potential I think if he gets 10ppg we win a lot. I'd look for less Crews more Pierce. I like Crews still get him some shots but Pierce upside is higher. We have a solid core of guys but every team needs that x factor and Pierce is it for me. Then hope the freshmen keep improving to provide spark in 5-10 minutes they get. Can't just be in there not producing or a liability.

ILL loss was a bummer. Can't figure out why Warrick wasn't in the game more. We needed buckets. When ILL went small he should have been in. Is he a defensive liability?

@@JMFBizzle he don’t rebound and that’s what Illinois came to do, dominate the glass
@JMFBizzle2 күн бұрын
@richardtravis8988 He's a small guard. It's not his job to rebound. He's supposed to run down court on a shot in transition. He had 1 rb in 8 mins. Same as Allen(SF) & Robinson who played 19 & 11 mins. More than Gray(C) who had 0 in 12mins. I don't think RB is the issue. I also don't think RBs are as important when you get 12stl in a game. We lost bc we shot 39% in the game & 23% from 3pt. We needed scoring & he can give us that. I would have played him more & taken some minutes from Pierce & Crews who were off & played small. Mitchell should never have taken that 3 with a minute left, Warrick should have been on the court in that situation.
@richardtravis8988Күн бұрын
@@JMFBizzle I agree about Mitchell, and I would agree about warrick not rebounding but not when Boswell gets 9 rebounds. Second chance points for Illinois is just as big as all the other critical mistakes Mizzou made down the stretch
@richardtravis8988Күн бұрын
When you lose by one possession you could blame anything that went wrong. Mistakes will happen but you can’t get beat on the glass that bad and narrow it down to one play
@JMFBizzleКүн бұрын
@richardtravis8988 So the loss could be attributed to a short small guard that got 1 rb in 8mins? When he was more efficient at it then half the guys that played? If you're success is predicted on RBs by a 6'3" bench shooting guard, your team has a lot more probs than that. Of course there's a lot of issues in every game that can be corrected, that's on every team, every game. However in this game, when you need points at the end of the game you put in the best scoring guards, not the best rb guards. It makes zero sense. Dudes at 54% from the field, 52% from 3pts. 8.3ppg in 16mpg. He's maybe the best off player we have besides Grill who is out. Dudes got to play.

I wish people that don’t know basketball would not knee jerk comment negative nonsense after a loss. It was an awesome game to watch if you’re a basketball fan and we had a 26% chance to win according to the ESPN metrics. Yes things to work on still but was a fun game to watch and we can improve! MIZ!

Killed on the board. Missed a lot of shots close to the basket. Of course the Illini had something to do with it. And missed free throws toward the end. The return of Grill will also make a difference. I’m all Mizzou living inIllinois. I told a friend that is a Illinois grad that seeing the names on the back of the Illini uniforms I was wondering what country we were playing in.😂😂

A lot of chances to win illinois game. Its okay Im not mad. We’ll likely be 11-3 before I watch the team again and thats alright. We have to go .500 in conference play and we should be in the big 1

This was an essential get. People were basically wanting to hand the job to Horn with his only real competition being an incoming Freshman in Zoeller and Blood, I would assume. This seems like the writing on the wall for Pyne. I think he could be a decent QB at a smaller school if he takes the Bazelak route.
@Insurance-Rep2 күн бұрын
Missouri lost the game to Illinois for several reasons: ineffective play on the boards, poor free throw shooting, ineffective three point shooting and many lapses on defense. Still, losing is sometimes a reminder of what needs correction and I expect them to do well the rest of the year.

Actually Drink will have a Qb competition and as of yet, no starter has been named (hoodwink). Pribula, was Penn St. Drew Pyne. Drew played much! much! better with specific plays designed/called to complement his playing style. We Shall see. Coach Moore did an awesome job with play calling for Drew.
