Excellent home for this price! Love the outdoor planting places! Inside, the floors are nice, the staircase is beautiful. The soaking tub in the owners' suite (pronounced "sweet") is superb! I like to see who is on the outer side of my exterior door, so security windows in the doors would be nice.

The developers don’t build these houses with the hot and steaming tropical climate in mind. I didn’t see a car pot or a garage, they assume buyers will be Africans who would ride a buffalo all their lives and not own a car . They want you to dump any car, cars that you may own on the compound! Presenter is awful, mediocre 😢
