Hello Heather. I have travelled a lot and came to the conclusion that we live in a very beautiful world. I enjoyed Alaska a lot... even during the rainy days (while we were camping). It is the wild version of Norway (or vice versa). We had a few close encounters of brown and black bears and had to run for a moose. Glad we had bear spray (even though we did not needed it)

Heather Kilpatrick Hello Heather I had a few moments of total zen-experience. Living on an beautiful planet surrounded by amazing scenery and wildlife, without cars and industry. Those are the moments to live and die for.

Alaska has really beatiful landscapes. The biggest mountain is Mount McKinley is located inland about 300 miles from the coast. But we have seen really nice mountains on the shoreline, many of them with nice snowy mountaintops and glaciers.

Alaska is rough, but beautiful. The place where you can meet a grizzly on every corner. I think Norway is on ecological and landcape architect the cultivated form of Alaska. If you really like the wild you will love Alaska. If you like a free ecological toilet on fixed intervals, smooth roads with regulated safwety standards, you will love Norway. Alaska is beautifull too. It only takes a lot more effort to get there. But that's my opinion. I personally like Alaska and love Norway.

@Survivalist4Life: True words. The magnitude of the scenery is overwhelming. Especially if you can (and will) encounter wildlife like bears and moose. Thanks for the reaction, I'm glad you liked it.

Hi, it took a while (busy). The second song is from a Irish singer "Enya" and is called "Ebudae". Personally I love this song. It is loosely based on traditional "Waulking songs", sung by women and used fulling cloth in the Western Isles (Scotland).
