Best wishes Will on a speedy recovery! I had surgery on my left hand a little over 15 years ago, and watching you holding your injured hand up made remember doing the same so that the blood wouldn't rush down and cause swelling and throbbing pain. 🤕

Beautiful hand tools. What a treasure. I hope his surgery is successful and he can gain full use of his hand again.

Great video, you should consider making more videos about people who make there own tools. Lot of talented people out there who need exposure.

My Grandfather had a machinist make a couple marking gauges a long time ago. The disc cutters wore out, so I made new ones from the ends of a hacksaw blade. I beveled one side, and honed them sharp. Great to use! I met Jason from Blue Spruce at the CT Valley School of Woodworking a few months ago. I sell vintage hand saws, little did I know. I must be doing something right, he liked my backsaws! He was very cordial to meet!

That is a great idea to use the ends of a hacksaw blade to replace the cutter!!

Very nice! I'll be looking forward to seeing the release of the panel gauges as I've been wanting a panel gauge. Problem is, those other marking gauges look awfully nice too... Thanks for this video!

I stopped your video to comment. On your Laguna 1216 that is just like mine you have a stabilizer? out on the tailstock extension. Red rollers black frame. May I ask where did you find this? Is it a custom made unit? If so could you take a few pics of it and send them off to me? That will be grand….. Thank You! Thom Schuck Portland, Oregon
