I recently spent three weeks in Belize, and thought I saw a fair bit of the wonderful country, but apparently I only just scratched the surface! Belize is truly breathtaking!

Thanks for showcasing my sweet home, Belize. I enjoyed seeing Xunantunich because my sister & I visited it in late 90s. We saw Guatemala from the top of the ruin you were on. Thanks for showcasing the Garifuna people and one of our cultural music. That was an authentic LIVE Belizean punta session. I love my country, it's people, our music! I'm glad you taped the entire session. Way to showcase Belize.

this was really beautiful. I was born in belize, but now i live in america. I used to go back every summer and it was wonderful. I see you visited a lot of places but you forgot the most important. Placencia, belize that where i visited every summer. My mother owns a bar there maybe the next time you visit belize you can visit its called Driftwood. Its a sports bar and grill, really awesome. The place is ever changing its theme to cater to all its different visitors.

Why is it were ever people of African decent reside in all the world their pushed into poverty no matter how beautiful and kind they are.
@rickchollett10 жыл бұрын
How do you know they were "pushed into poverty?" People make choices and have to live with the consequences of them.
@tomjeffersonwasright228810 жыл бұрын
Perhaps you could ask "Why don't they lift themselves from poverty?"
@SpecialPenguinnn10 жыл бұрын
Who ever said they had wealth? Most countries that are poor are either tribal and chose to not have a modern economy or their corrupt governments/gangs steal everything, so they have no opportunities to create a modern economy.
@tomjeffersonwasright228810 жыл бұрын
Jon Wallace The Mennonites have thrived in Belize, probably because of their strong work ethic. I very never saw them sitting around all day bemoaning the lack of opportunity. They were up and working, making their own opportunities.

Jon Wallace Most countries that are rich have a history of looting, raping, invading and murdering people who used to be rich but are now poor... Read something

Continue to promote the Spanish in Belize let the eyes to dilute it, it's pretty good for you and it's very nice to the Spanish and Hispanics in the world, you would have a lot trade with Spain and Latin America, Equatorial Guinea if this occurs isThey would open the doors to many things, because among family we make better

And If you wonderful people can see, Belize has delusional neighbors who cant let go of the past and move on to a brighter future because the politicians use the territorial claim to gain political mileage.

Check what John McAfee has to say about this country, the founder of McAfee antivirus, I bet you'll change your mind about this place.
@nairoleiva27309 жыл бұрын
McAfee is a crazed substance addict who fucked up here in paradise and then used his influence to make us look bad. Belize like any other nation has some shady stuff happening with the government. But tourists are welcomed and safe here.
