I’m adding this to the list. Love somewhere you can walk to the town and the train idea is genius! Thanks so much for sharing.

Anglesey is great. Lots to do, many dog friendly beaches. Would recommend Tyddyn Isaf caravan park. Black Rock Sands near Porthmadog. Be sure to try the Ffestiniog steam railway. Just back from a great week on The Gower near Swansea - Nicholaston Farm - another fantastic site by unspoiled, incredible beaches - walks to Oxwich & Three Cliffs. Keep up the good work- enjoying your videos!

Just got there 17/10. Lovely wide pitches. My pitch in Vincent Van Go, a Cali is at the far end of the site. Perfect for Layla the working cocker and for walking along the river to the centre of town. amenities are not that far away. They are very clean and well set out. Pint in the Royal Oak is calling.

We visited this lovely site in early September in our Sven and had a great time with our two border terriers taking advantage of the many walks in the local area. Thanks for the video and looking forward to your next adventure.

Love that site, we went in May. There's a lovely little pet shop next to the tourist information centre and some great pubs

I've spent many a happy hour in Betws-y-Coed mainly in the many pubs after a days mountain biking. There is (was) a fabulous chippy near the train station. Love your screen cover inside pattern ❤

Yes would love to take our MTBs up there, looks like it would be fantastic!

I think the Morris Leisure sites are some of the best around. Well maintained and the facilities are always to a good standard. Would recommend the pizza place next to the alpine cafe in the station 👍

Brilliant, thank you, I spent a lot of time in Betws y Coed when I was younger and getting into the great outdoors. Would love to stay at this campsite and will add this to our list of future trips. The walking trails are wonderful. Agree with another viewer, the Purple Moose brewery is also brilliant. I fancy a trip to Llandudno on the train so thanks for showcasing this opportunity. Used to go to Llandudno as a child when I lived on the Wirral. Chris and I will watch this video together, later, I saw it pop up and couldn't resist a sneaky peek. Your Sunday Bank holiday weather was the same as ours, but we had a poor Saturday, our Sunday was lovely in Tenterden, Kent. Try Anglesey for touring and camping, it's wonderful, you need at least one week, maybe two.🚐❤️🐾😄 Xxxxx

Aaawww you missed the purple moose brewery shop in Betws-y-Coed. Also the walks behind the pub you were in on the first day are amazing around Llyn Elsi 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 If you enjoy craft beer highly recommend Rivington brewery as they have a campsite, again with lots of dog walks up the pike & around the reservoirs.

Hi guys , how do you find the M.A.N for driving? We are getting one next month .
@CampervanTime3 ай бұрын
We love it - obviously it depends what cars or van you are used to driving but in terms of a really decent driving experience you can't beat either a MAN TGE/VW Crafter or a Mercedes Sprinter. Both brilliant really for the size of vans they are.

Practice makes perfect. Betws-y-Coed sounds like 'Betoos er Koid' and Y Stablau sounds like 'er Stabl-aye' (the 'er' is with a silent R). And please, it's not 'Betsy'.

We visited a Morris Leisure site at Ludlow a couple of weeks ago and it's equally as nice a site. Bit of a walk into Ludlow along a busy B road but if you spend the day in the town it's worth the walk. Not sure if you got a loyalty card with them but I was looking at the Betws y Coed site and thinking, what is there to do in the area so your video is well timed 🙂 If you fancy something a bit different look at Gwatkin Red Cow campsite, Abey Dore, Hereford. It's situated on Gwatkins cider farm with a very lovely restaurant. No hook up and basic facilities but we camped in the orchard and it was idyllic. Not much to do other that walk then come back and drink the cider but a great get away. Finally we had an amazing 2 days in Barmouth, we stayed at Hendre Mynach Touring and Camping Park, which is right next to the massive beach (huge dog friendly area) and an easy walk into Barmouth. Site has some great facilities like a dog wash, laundry, but let down by the very dated and crummy toilet blocks, that said we'd go back for the location of the site.
