Beautiful Brasov, Romania in 4K.
Located in Central Romania, in the Southern Carpathian Mountains, Brasov is a beautiful city with remarkable gothic, baroque and renaissance architecture, historical attractions and Mount Tampa as impressive background. Brasov is one of the most visited places in Romania.
Founded by the Teutonic Knights in 1211 on an ancient Dacian site and settled by the Saxons as one of the seven walled citadels, Brasov exudes a distinct medieval ambiance.
This travel video features some of the top attractions and places to visit. The heart of the city is the picturesque Old town with historic buildings like the City Hall and the Black church, as well as plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants. Stayed in Brasov for a month in 2007, I was 19 and it was my first trip alone from the UK. I adored it and look back on fantastic memories, this video helps me to re-live them! Hope to come back one day

Nice city. There are many bears around it. It was at first built by saxonian germans, later altered a bit by hungarians, and romanians. Therefore it is a bit multicultural city.Mostly romanian now.

Sehr angenehme Stadt ich wohne dort und nicht nur schöne Seiten hat die schöne Stadt. Auch düstere Seiten und An vielen Häusern und Straßen müsste man Reparaturen ausführen. Auch an der sinnlose Bürokratie sollte man endlich mal ausmisten und ordentlich arbeiten und Ordnung reinbringen. Arbeitsplätze schaffen und auch für die Zukunft sorgen. ES WIRD SOVIEL SCHÖN GEREDET.

I visited both recently, Bucharest is the capital with tall buildings that is constantly getting more advanced and expanding, Brasov is the beautiful, chill and quiet town with traditional buildings

No, there are train and bus services. Travel time by train between Bucharest and Brasov is about 2,30 h. Of course you can go there by car as well
