職人さんの愛情と技術が詰まった贅沢なパンは美味しいに決まってるよね。地元にある小さなパン屋さんの裏側もきっとこんな感じなんだろうな。そういうお店を大事にしたいと思った。このお店はちょっと遠くて行けないので。と思ってたらコメント見たらなんとこのお店は閉店してしまったそうで･･･残念です。

They weigh the croissant before and after to know they filled it up with the same amount of filling as the rest! Amazingly thorough! I'm still amazed at the weave design one! So much work but it's gorgeous!!! I'm drooling, I hope to eat from there someday.

Looking at the prices at the end I can say compared to SF bakery prices they are a bargain! At 400 yen, that converts to $2.75US. Good luck finding any of those for less than double that here...Props for the hard work they do day after day!

Amazing video, I appreciate all the details! I'm wondering, if this job is hard to do? Never worked in the place like this, I imagine, your legs and back are hurting since you pretty much standing all day long. Can the bakers do other stuff while working, like can they listen do a podcast or smth? I 'd be bored as hell (even tho I wouldn't mind working in a place where all the delicious breadstuff are around me :9) to do the same thing over and over without at least listenning to some kind of podcast - thank you once again for this beautiful material🥰
