BEAUTIFUL Dover Custom Impulse Elevators @ The Park Vista Hotel In Gatlinburg, TN

This is a must see beautiful elevator system in Gatlinburg on the top of a mountain! Yes, you have to drive up a steep mountain just to get here! The views are remarkable even just from the parking lot. These elevators were at one point Murphy, but were nicely modded by Dover. I LOVE this elevator system. The property is from the 60s or 70s.

my family and i used to stay at this hotel at least once a year. they were custom Impulse as far back as the early 90s. interestingly, almost every time we stayed there at least one elevator would be out of service (usually the far left one when you're looking at them from the elevator doors). never saw them with the original features. sad to see they got modded a few years back, the custom Impulses were VERY neat! i never did understand why only the service elevators went down to the pool level

Awsome i was here earlier this month and me and a friend rode up and down on those! i also used my keys in the ones on the back the non scenic ones.

and there is a parking garage right on a curve thats nder construction that has some nice Uniteds and a small 3 story shoping area along the main road that has an Otis Lexan.
