I moved to Atlanta in August 1991 after leaving Desert Shield and Desert Storm 1990-1991 PERSIAN GULF WAR 🏜 to attend Georgia State University (Grad 1997). I plan was to leave back to Houston. But I fell in love with Atlanta. I have been living here for over 33years. I have seen this city grow. Nice drone video. I don't drive thru downtown alot since 1997(mostly on city bus/subway.

I watched drove fly over Summerhill section where Brave's old stadium Turner Field is located. My college Ga State bought Turner Field and developed the baseball⚾️ 🏟 stadium into football stadium. That area looks totally different. A lot of development. GA STATE'S new south camp( a new Sports Arena, alot of college dormitories, restaurants, entertainment.

Hey my friend , I live in Atlanta as well, just wandering do drone pilots need any permission from FAA to fly in downtown Atlanta ? I use AirMap and B4UFLY, seem like there are lots of restriction .

As long as you adhere to FAA rules, you do not need explicit permission to fly.

King james$ hey there! Thanks for your comment. It is legal as long as you stay under 400 ft, stay away from stadiums while there are games going on , stay more than 5 miles away from an airport , and you don’t fly over people. Happy flying
