About the prize for this month
Like many other airlines, in 2020 Virgin Atlantic decided to retire the entire Boeing 747-400 fleet due to the health crisis. You now have the opportunity to come into possession of an authentic fragment of the former Boeing 747-400 aircraft of Virgin Atlantic, baptized "Ladybird" which carried the registration series G-VAST.
The Boeing 747 with serial number 28757 was delivered to Virgin Atlantic in June 1997 and flew for the British company founded by Sir Richard Bronson for 23 years. In March 2020, with the first peak of the health crisis, it was withdrawn from service and parked initially in London and then in Manchester. In July, the "Ladybird" was finally moved to Wales and recycled, whereupon parts of its fuselage became part of the Aviationtag Ladybrid limited series.

Excellent video by the way and my favorite part was when the captain called V1 rotate and then the co-pilot lifted off the Boeing737-700 beautiful takeoff! The Boeing747400 has always caught my eye and my heart but, my favorite aircraft is the Boeing737800 Max!

What is that rotating around the consul or by the throttle?

Stabilizer trim. There are buttons on the yoke when the pilot trims up or down, the wheel is spinning by the throttle to confirm visually and by sound that the trim was applied

It’s the stab trim as mentioned. It moves the horizontal stabilizer to maintain a reference speed, in Boeings. The 737 being an old aircraft, had a retractable handle on the trim wheels which pilots could use for manual movement. Newer Boeings have done away with the trim wheels.

What’s the complication level flying this aircraft then any other aircraft or spaceship. Maybe a higher level of complexity and understanding of the flight deck instrument panel plenty of switches, buttons and levers.

The pilot sits in the left seat. The co-pilot, with the ponytail, sets in the right-hand seat. The co-pilot has three stripes on her shoulder boards. The pilot has four stripes.

You should not use the term 'pilot' for the person who sits in the left hand seat. Both people in the cockpit are referred to as 'pilots', but the left hand seat is usually where the 'captain' or 'senior pilot' sits. But you are correct to say that the 'co-pilot' is the person who is sitting in the right hand seat.
