Kulas- thanks for the vlog. Been here in California for 40 yrs and another 5 years in Manila before that, to study architecture in college but never had a chance to get back to Samar since i left after my high school days. Brings tears to my eyes reminiscing the happy childhood years full of adventure and silly things we did by the beach. Some of my friends are long gone but the memories are still vivid in my mind. You have a very good heart! Thanks for supporting the locals. They might be poor but they are there to enrich your experience together with the rest of the boys. Power on.

I'd been meaning to comment in each and every vlog you and the rest of the #fighterboys have been posting recently but been busy with a lot of stuff plus my keyboard also acted up, currently under the weather too so i couldn't comment as much as i'd like to. But right now the keyboard is working again and i will not let this day pass me by without letting you know how happy and grateful i am to GOD for sending people like you to my country. (Idk from the first time i saw you here in KZbin vlogging about the Yolanda survivors in Leyte i just knew you had something in you). Thank you so much for posting this video/vlog, Kyle. I am currently watching with my parents and we were teary-eyed watching you talk/interact with the local Nanay and Tatay. "How very kind of him," my mother said. My father also mused, "he is truly becoming Filipino now" to which i answered, "he already was, long ago" :) Again, i/we really appreciate what you are doing; i may not be back home yet but since my childhood i have been doing and still try--no matter the pain and difficulties i've faced in life--to do the same to my fellow local Filipinos whenever i get the chance and the means: to be kind and show compassion esp. to those who need them most.

They live in the mountains,so that's vegetables just a backyard garden..not too much..they just went down to villages to sell thier veg.house to house.farmers market here in Alberta,Calgary.u have to be a member,to be in organization of fatmers and so on..old folks in pinas,they sold thier veg.as simple as that..
