A very nice flight from Bodø airport to Svolvær in Lofoten. Then back to Bodø via Røst with Widerøe.

Tommy, this is clearly the best video you've ever done. The editing was superb, as were the titles which gave us a little more information. I do have a question. In the US there is a network of airports which could not exist without government subsidies. The Federal Government provides a subsidy paid per passenger, so that, in theory, the route only remains viable if there are passengers flying. Most of these airports are in Montana, North Dakota, Alaska, Nebraska, and Kansas. Is this similar to the Norwegian Short Runway Network?

Thank you so much! Yes, it is the same here. Government subsidies many (but not all) routes. Prices are still fairly high. This trip cost me more than flying to Oslo with SAS or Norwegian for example.

I must agree to Dinty, this video is a blast. Also a very good addition for a drone filmer. Somehow these subsidies seem to have a goal to make almost unreachable dream parts of this world, like Røst is, known to us all.
