Thank you. I havent been singing for some time. joined a local tiny chorus and was having trouble getting my high notes comfortably. Your exercises have allowed me to reach the high F without straining or causing me to have a sore throat. Thank you so very much for putting out these videos.

Yes she usually says whatever feels comfortable for you and fits your voice

Small suggestion, when you edit the video, make sure to drag back the video a little since it's a little out of sync. Otherwise awesome tips as always!
