My brother, thank you so much. Thanks for reminding those living there to employ roads sweepers. Government can't do everything for us. You're doing noble work for the growth of our state. Those living there should take note

They should have planted trees in between the roads not concrete pavement.They should plant trees,it will beautify the estate and also reduces carbon dioxide.

Unless they plant the trees far away to the sides of the road or use palm trees, trees generally destroy roads.

Sweep the roads. They are covered with sand just like almost all roads in Igboland.

I understand that this is a government estate but what I don't understand is why the State government cannot tar the roads, especially the inner streets. The problem we've is maintenance culture. The Mgt of the estate needs to do better and ANSG should also make sure the roads are tarred and of high standard too.

Why is it that sand is always on both side of our roads it makes everything too local even in beautiful estate like this there must be a solution for this honestly
@kingerishasa5818Ай бұрын
It's lack of pavement on edge of the roads an drainage

I wonder if the government or people there don’t travel abroad to see how street in the hood look like, with spacious and beautiful side walk and underground drainage. Can they for one build something with class? Imagine doing that and have green areas and trees, especially palm trees and remove them useless high fences and see how beautiful these places will look. This should actually be the standard for the whole state and cities

Inside privately planned and built Estates will carry dual carriage lanes, but government villages, our villages and towns will carry one lane, face me and face you. Privately built Estates will be properly planned with interconnected squared road networks and standard drainage systems, green side lawns and trees ,yet, government public villages and towns will be one way in one way out kind of archaic illiterate roads. Why not replan and upgrade our villages like these privately built and private owned gated estates. It very easy to do. Mobilize our indigenous developers, foreign and local urban planners. Get funding through public and private partnership and set things going.

I hope one day I’ll become governor of anambra state which is already in my life goals and I must achieve it by the time I come back to Nigeria again. This has always been my plan. This open drainage system is becoming irritating and anambra needs something to stand out to show for the multiple billionaires we have.

See I’m tired of even talking lol. Is it a taboo to wash newly constructed roads after construction? Why are there so much sand? What is wrong with Africans!! Smh
