Actually... if you go to a Korean school like me, you can see that that isn't always the case. We're currently in middle school(by korean standards of course, our 3rd year), and the new 1st years are very short. They're actually smaller than some of the elementary schoolers.

They are half. That counts as Korean. And I know many asians that are not small. Actually, Korean guys are on average the tallest asians, and many do get as tall as white people. And many tend to get bulky also because the required military service. Yup. Just my two cents as a person surrounded by thousands of asians.
