Think so you are just not allowed to fly them on national parks which is most of the islands... I wasn't even supposed to fly on koh poda apparently

Ko tao Nice diving be carefull staying out late Island had some serious crime thru The years. I went there with night ferry in heavy ses I was ok but even thai People was hanging out The Windows. Keep The travel going!

For me Koh tao is wayyy better than Koh samui, Koh samui was the place that I enjoyed the least in thailand
