79.8 million JPY is like 700K USD. What’s Amazing Is ugly, boring modern houses around. They used to be as pretty as this one. But they were torn down to build those ugly, boring ones. Otherwise, the whole town was like this. It’s insane. One good news is that this listing agent, Hachise, which is well known in Kyoto, is able to do perfect restoration/upgrading if a buyer is interested.
