Nacho came to to live with us on my farm when he was 17 years old.
He came to know me and then my mother a while back, and spent quite a bit of time with us in different places.
here is his witness statement.
This is a story of a relationship between mother and son their journey together in life but also their trips and the final years of her life, in the end years when she was deep into the Alzheimer's condition he took her traveling with him.
Sean wrote the book during the lock down in Ireland when the coronavirus stopped life.
he wrote it on his bus where he has a studio.
he has also been working on a film related to his mother, Sean produced the film alongside his friend Peter who directed. listening catalogs and captures the last 10 years of his mother's life while also examining the development of Alzheimer's.

the reason for the title is that, Sean would pick his mother up and move her around when she couldn't walk, he always said that he felt like he was carrying literally carrying an angel.
