Can't wait to try out this pie! I think I'll add pecans with some lightly sweetened whipped cream with a touch of sour cream or crème fraîche (whichever I have on hand) and serve it up to my hubs & FIL for Father's Day. Hi! I haven't tried this pie with any egg substitutes and I prefer to speak from first-hand experience. You could try yogurt, buttermilk, or cashew cream!
