Really appreciate the patio French doors. Beautiful. Nice high ceilings. Another fantastic kitchen. Very high end. Great backsplash. Island well done. Great appliances. Bedrooms aren’t huge but do the trick. Shower doors in main bathroom at nice but the shower doors look cheap. Just a pet peave of mine. This home should do well with prospective buyers. Another winner.

If it has a frame under it, it's a trailer a true modular home does not have a frame and sits directly on a foundation and comes with a deed.

Don't mean to be negative but why buy a single wide for 200,000 when you could buy a double or even a triple wide for that amount of money? Plus I've seen single wide for 79,000 that have 2×6 outer walls. Not sure why this home is 200,000 didn't even have a tile shower. Ok I'm done with the negative stuff. Does you're price include the land?

very nice, but super expensive. I got mine brand new set up for more than half less than that and its propane. Electric everything is going to be a whopping bill! I do love it though, very nice.

It's nice, but, I don't like that there isn't a bath tub in the master bath and no carpet in any of the bedrooms.
