i hate "noise abatement" requirements. The first time that i experienced a "throttle back" on a take off, was from Phoenix on a 757, and it quite startled me at first. Till i realized what was happening. i consider it foolish and dangerous to reduce engine power during a take off. i don't care who built their house at the end of the runway. It was there before the houses were... Nice video. i know this airport very well. Thanks
