A big thanks to the Netherland church of Christ in Rickman, TN for allowing me to record there lately. If you're ever in the area and want to worship with some great folks, feel free to stop by and see them on a Sunday morning. Tell them that Elliot Bowman said hey! I'd also like to thank Music Services for allowing me to post a song that they administer. They'll place a copyright claim on this video and advertisement revenue will be split between me and them. And thank all of you for your kind words of encouragement over the years! I've got 5 more recordings done that I hope to get posted over the next couple of weeks. Merry Christmas and happy New Year!!

Your singing is possitively beautiful and very helpful in learning songs. I have listened to a lot of it and think your renditions are better than any other ive heard. That being said i would like to add the following. We in th church of Christ used to rebuke and reprove the error of these manmade religious holidays, and ask why many denominations religiously hold to them but not to the God made teachings on weekly observance of the Lords supper and other plainly taught doctrines of the new testament church. I will keep listening. Gods speed and said in Christian love sir.

These are good instructive videos but I love the congregational sound.
@acappellahymns4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, congregational recordings are much more enjoyable to listen to for sure. The main purpose of these videos is to provide clarity of the parts for instruction.

I sing these straight out of church hymnals. Many scans can be found on Hymnary.org for free. Or you can pick up some used hymnals at book stores. (or buy new)
@amospeachey70953 жыл бұрын
I love your Hymns , and your singing but let me give you a bit of advice, most of your songs are sung a bit fast and also you really need to hold it out at the end of each line longer, it would sound a 100 times better! Sing with feeling!

How did you arrange it for TTBB
@acappellahymns4 жыл бұрын
All of the arrangements on this channel come straight from church hymnals. I sing them exactly as written except for the soprano being down an octave. So there is soprano, alto, tenor, and bass (SATB).
