Whats the actual voltage going through the tube?

Hi, in the tube there is a circuit that increases the voltage from 12v to 600v, but I'm not sure if it is the same voltage as the electric arc

Hi, I bought this neon about ten years ago in a car tuning shop, I had it mounted on the rear floor of my old car, it made a good impression at the car meetings I attended... good memories😁
