In Serbia, most of the farmers are driving a licensed version of the Massey MF 35 called IMT 539, which has proved to be excellent, and we also have a lot of spare parts that are cheap. My grandfather bought a new IMT 539 in 1974 that still does all the work on the farm.

Just a pleasure to watch. That tree really turned out some good lumber. These little tractors are a lot more capable than their size would suggest.

Great to see you with your dad, and great to see him helping out - Still so strong. My dad passed away 4 years ago and it was a very hard time for me - I loved him so much. My only advice, enjoy those moments. never take a moment for granted. One day - he will go too, there is no way around it. But - your interaction with him now will mean so much to you when he's moved on. Trust me it will make all the difference. Being the man that you are - I'm hopeful that you already know this anyway ;) so thumbs up to you sunshine.

Another BEAUTIFUL video. The saw blade moving the water over the wood was epic, as was the drone footage. I loved when your dad took the sawdust and "cleaned" the Elm. He has just as much integrity in this project as you do. Love that you two get to do this together. Thanks for sharing and taking us on your journey. Happy Easter and God Bless.

I was back on the farm today. The little fergie is still there. I spent my day dragging timber out of the woods for planking and firewood. Haven't done that in probably 30 years. It was great and the smell was so evocative and transported me back to my youth. I regretted not taking my video camera along but it was too busy anyway. There is something more than just working in the woods that gives you a sense of reward.

The mention of the massy or the Fergie brought back memories of 30yrs +, but it was my mother who used to drive it up and down the travel hill to the back patch of the farm. She lived this little tractor!

🌲 It never ceases to amaze me what Mother Nature can do with the right conditions and circumstances. It looks like the newly added hydraulic system to the tractor came in handy and made life a bit easier for you. The retrieval seemed to go a lot quicker than it normally would. Then again it could just be your ninja editorial skill at work. Lol. That old elm wood is stunning! Here's hoping the buyer gives us a little peak into what they decided to create. It would definitely make a beautiful farm table.🌳Thank you for sharing another great video! I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next!
