Dude, im from Connecticut and can tell you this is ridiculous. Unfinished house with gardens that are overgrown. $850k in northern CT will get you a magazine perfect home with 5k sqft on acreage. Lol

Nice! Price is a bit too high. Unfinished home just means you can do your own colors, flooring and etc. Is there no enclosed garage? Just thinking you'd get snowed in during winter. Also, no water feature? I would screen in that patio because of the black flies and mosquitoes. It is what it is, and i like it. Thanks Cowboy. Excellent presentation as always.

Well he's not marketing to anyone living in Maine . The owner gave him this wild price and just looking to see if there's some sucker out there . I kind of feel sorry for Spencer because he knows the price is insane and it won't sell for that . Or even close to that price .Sometimes I think the broker firm likes to mess with him and gives him these properties to post on youtube . LOL
