Hey guys!!! Hope everyone is doing well!!! Sorry I haven't been uploading for awhile! I wasn't feeling well and now I feel much better! I still have a hard time sleeping at night (even after I moved the bed). What are some things you guys do to help you sleep at night?? Let me know down in the comments! Hey Angel! I had trouble sleeping as well. Since its been for a few months, my sister recommended for me to go Naturopath since it helped her. I was kind of hesitant but it seems to be better than going to my family doctor and them recommending taking melatonin. It helped a lot since, I was low in magnesium (so I’ve been taking it ever since) and my gut was having some issues. Apparently if I was waking up a specific time, my body was “repairing a specific organ”. So I change my diet for a bit, had some specific tea made for me and now I can sleep. (It was a journey of course, still get nights that I wake up every night). I was surprise about the importance of gut health. Because even some vegetables/nuts it will affect your gut health. I have trouble sleeping at night too. I try to tire out my body beforehand and stretch and do something relaxing and listen to a podcast while falling asleep.

mannn i have tried almost about everythinggggg :( don’t want to try taking sleeping aid meds because I heard for some people once you start on that you wont be able to sleep without it later in the future

@@beautifymeeh Im on the same boat as u I got chronic insomnia 🤣 try listening to asmr when u go to bed it helped me a ton. but again, its also some what of a dependency so up to you! at least u dont gotta rely on meds 🤷‍♀️

Hey love, I find that sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed works well for my insomnia. I usually wake up feeling more rested. Perhaps this could be related to feng shui, but it helps no matter where my bed is located or who house I am at.

I also had a hard time having a full night of good sleep. I found that getting in regular exercising where I was covered in sweat and waking up and sleeping at the same time everyday helped me a lot :) My boyf also finds aromtherapy helps him a lot in getting a good nights sleep :)

The boys did such a good job cleaning their room! What ever you decided to do with that room can you take us along the transformation journey? I think it would be cute as the boys bedroom but it would be disappointing if they don't use it since they aren't ready to sleep on their own.

hii! ohh hahaha that night we were at our friend’s house singing and dancing.. my nail broke off and it was bleeding a lot😢 it’s stopped bleeding but hurts whenever I touch it so placed a bandaid on it :)

When i was a child, I'd have trouble sleeping alone too, so my mom reached to a psychologist and she told my mom to do this: Buy a *new* plushie (one that feels soft/fluffy to hug) and tell me that this doll, specifically, was there to protect me while i sleep, she would take care of me and i didnt have to worry at all, cause nothing was gonna happen, the only thing i needed to do was hug it when I go to bed. That really worked and helped me become more independent, it was great. I also did that with my nephew and he fell asleep quickly ^_^ edit: they can't play with that plushie, they should only get it at night before bed

I have insomnia too! I Use a sleeping mask, melatonin pills, chamomile and lavender tea, and a diffuser to help me sleep 😂 (not all at the same time). I find the sleeping mask and tea the most effective!
